We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Each item in our shop is made to order so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. Of course, if you have any problems with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your personal situation.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items being made to order, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This also includes:
- Custom, special or personalized orders
- Items on sale
- Gift cards
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
